The hotel was perfect with magnificent views and an easy location close to supermarket. The room was well priced and most important — updated. The bed was great & the staff was knowledgeable. We spent good time and did not want to leave there.

the hotel was perfectly clean with well priced and brand-new rooms and excellent staff. comfortable beds, central heating, multi-channel television, and a writing table in the room. comfy location very close to public bus transport, easy to get around. very close to good restaurant, the train station and airport, and mestre, a cute town. overall a splendid stay in winter.

The room with air conditioning. The location was peaceful, not too far away from Centro Storico di Venezia.

Very good quality of service correlated to the rate, polite and helpful stuff. The bed and the bathroom were always made up and clean. It is very quick and easy to get to Venice, the bus stop is about 100 meters away and the buses are going there and back round the clock.
Maybe some poor breakfast, but tasty croissans with chocolate cream compensated fully this disadvantage!

room (122) was fine, small, enough for one person. bed was quite comfortable and window looked out onto a small courtyard on a little-travelled street, so there was no noise from the traffic. hotel is in a quiet, well-connected neighborhood, couple of minutes from a tram stop that drops you off directly in Venice in less than a quarter of an hour. There is also a supermarket nearby and in the same street as the hotel there is a bus stop for one of the lines that take you to Marco Polo Airport. In that sense you can't ask for more.
bathroom wasn't bad in terms of cleanliness, in terms of design and layout it was the most uncomfortable I've ever seen. you sit on the toilet you literally get stuck between the cup and towel dryer, sink had to be used carefully so as not to turn it into a swimming pool and shower structure is fixed to the ceiling, so if you don't want to get your head wet you have no choice but to wear a hat (at least they have the detail of giving it to you). I missed a small fridge to store some food. breakfast buffet was quite poor. If you are a light sleeper I recommend the use of earplugs, especially if you go in high season (that is, almost always) because the walls are made of paper.

The hotel was well priced. Everything was modern. - I had a great stay in winter. - the hotel was near the supermarket and tram stop which leads to Venezia, thanks to its perfect location.

The receptionists were very helpful and service minded. They helped me how to find the direction to Venice, informed me about the bus ticket possibilities, gave us free map. The hotel is very well located for tourist want to go to Venice, but don't want to spend much money to stay in Venice. The hotel is 5-6 minutes walking distance from bus stop. Bus trip to Venice takes not more than 15 minutes. There is car parking possibility inside the fence of the garden of the hotel. The breakfast is really good, wide range of cold food.
The room itself is really small. There is only one power socket in the bathroom, there isn't any power socket in the bedroom. The air condition system is out dated and quite loud.

Hotel was ok but the location and the availablity of public transport was excellent for Venice. The shower area was small and my husband could not get in even though he is slim . I barely able to move around in the shower.!!!!
found the owner ( persumed ) unfriendly and the waiter ( tall and greyish haired male ) for breakfast was helpful and pleasant. would award him a top star for his efficient hard and work and being feiendly ..
